Terms of providing electronic services on costacasa.estate.

1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of costacasa.estate (the "Service"), operated by Alladies sp. z o.o., registered in Poznań, Poland, ul. Pamiątkowa 2, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under no. 0000901734, VAT ID: PL7831837282, share capital PLN 30,000 paid in full (the "Provider"). A User is any person using the Service.

2. Scope of services

The Provider offers the following electronic services free of charge:

—informational content: development presentations, location descriptions, a buying guide and calculators;

—a contact form for sending enquiries;

—storing preferences (language, saved listings) on the User’s device.

3. Technical requirements

Using the Service requires a device with internet access and a current browser supporting JavaScript, and — to send an enquiry — an active e-mail address or phone number.

4. Rules of use

Users must use the Service lawfully and in line with good practice. Supplying unlawful content, including via the contact form, is prohibited.

5. Nature of the content

Service content, including property listings and prices, is informational and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code. Agency services are provided under separate arrangements with the User; using the Service creates no financial obligations for the User.

6. Liability

The Provider is not liable for interruptions caused by technical reasons, third parties or force majeure, nor for the consequences of decisions made solely on the basis of the Service’s informational content.

7. Complaints

Complaints about the Service may be sent to office@costacasa.estate and should describe the issue and include contact details. Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt.

8. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are governed by the Privacy policy and the Cookies policy available on the Service.

9. Intellectual property

Service content is protected by copyright. Rules for its use are set out in the Legal notice.

10. Final provisions

The Provider may amend these terms for important reasons (changes in law, scope of services or operation of the Service); the current version is always available on this page. Matters not regulated here are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
