About the development

Amaranta Living is being developed directly alongside Casares Costa Golf. Exxacon gives a three-minute walk to the golf course, around three minutes to Finca Cortesín and five minutes to Casares Beach. The location is therefore focused more on golf, views and quick road access to the coast than on a fully walkable urban lifestyle. The scheme is low density, with homes opening towards the sea and the golf course.

The developer is Exxacon Smart Living. In Casares, the company is also developing Terrazas de Cortesín Bon Air beside Finca Cortesín, although its website does not confirm an earlier completed Casares project. Amaranta’s differentiator is its frontline golf position and the way the scheme is organised around that setting.

It is a natural second-home choice for golfers and can also work as a permanent residence for buyers seeking a quieter part of the western Costa del Sol. The project is already well into sales and has a show apartment. Exxacon’s current information points to delivery in Q4 2027.
