Luxury EARTH apartments in Marbella

EARTH is located on Marbella’s Golden Mile, between the Mediterranean, Sierra Blanca and the Puente Romano area. Grupo ABU describes the development as only a few minutes from Puente Romano, beaches, restaurants and the seafront promenade. It is aimed at buyers who want access to Golden Mile amenities without giving up low-density living and privacy.

The promoter is Grupo ABU, working with construction company Alquimia. The development consists of four buildings and only 28 homes, making its limited density a more meaningful feature than the standard amenities list, alongside its organic architectural concept and landscaping. EARTH also received recognition at the European Property & Hotel Awards 2025–2026 in the multiple-residence architecture category.

Its current status needs careful wording. In February 2026 Grupo ABU reported construction above 95%, only two units remaining and completion expected during 2026. In June, Alquimia still listed EARTH under construction. This points to a final construction phase but does not support claiming that handovers are complete. The project is best suited to permanent living or a luxury second home on the Golden Mile; the exact licence and handover status should be confirmed for the specific unit.
