Altezza Suites is being developed on an elevated site in La Resina, Estepona. ChaseRED’s official project page gives around 10 minutes by car to central Estepona and about five minutes to golf courses and local amenities, with shopping areas, beach clubs and restaurants also nearby. The south and south-west orientation makes use of the hillside setting and opens the homes towards sea and mountain views.

The developer is ChaseRED. On the Costa del Sol, the company has completed Villa El Rosario in Marbella and is also developing Ocyan Villas in the Estepona area. Altezza comprises 72 homes across seven low-rise, three-storey buildings, with architecture by Villarroel Torrico. Its real distinction is the way the scheme is organised around orientation, elevation and views rather than simply the list of communal facilities.

It is aimed at buyers looking for a second home or permanent residence in a quieter, car-oriented setting with quick access to golf, services and the coast. The construction stage matters here: ChaseRED announced in 2026 that groundworks had started and currently schedules completion for mid-2028.
