Las Mesas Sea Suites is being built at the foot of Parque de las Mesas, in the developing northern part of Estepona. Avantespacia positions the scheme around views towards the park and the Mediterranean; Parque de la Hermandad in Las Mesas itself covers 16,500 m² and forms part of the town’s newer green infrastructure. This is not a frontline-beach project, but an urban residential scheme using its park setting while remaining connected to Estepona.

The development is by Avantespacia. The company is also building Las Mesas Collection nearby, while its earlier Las Mesas Infinity Homes project is currently listed as completed and sold out. Sea Suites remains under construction. Its stronger point is the relationship with the park: terraces and building orientation are designed around natural light and green views, while communal areas include a wellness space and an outdoor saltwater pool.
