Eden II houses in Mijas

Eden is a residential community in Las Lagunas de Mijas, around the El Chaparral area, designed to sit within the existing landscape and natural contours of the site. Kronos highlights native vegetation, private gardens and a layout connecting indoor and outdoor living. The architecture is by Morph Estudio, and Kronos currently marks Eden as 100% sold.

The project is by Kronos Homes. Eden was one of the company’s earlier Costa del Sol schemes, while Kronos has also developed projects such as Horizonte in Benalmádena and Panorama in Fuengirola. Its real distinction is therefore not a list of standard amenities, but the architectural approach: low-density homes, private gardens and integration with the original terrain rather than maximising the number of units on the site.

It is suited to buyers who want a house-like format and more privacy than a conventional apartment complex, either for permanent living or as a second home. In practical terms, however, this is no longer a live developer sales opportunity: Kronos labels Eden as sold out. If an individual home appears for sale today, its availability should be confirmed separately because it is no longer part of Kronos’s standard new-build inventory.
