Edificio Santa Elena is in the urban part of Fuengirola. The developer-supplied distance information gives approximately 750 metres to the town centre, 1 km to the marina and 1.6 km to the beach. This is a very different product from hillside resort developments: its practical advantage is the ability to reach much of Fuengirola’s everyday infrastructure, services and transport without relying on a car.

The project is marketed by Rosso Inmobiliaria. However, the public material does not identify the formal promoter clearly enough to present Rosso as the developer, so no construction track record has been attributed without primary evidence. Santa Elena is essentially an urban residential building, and its strongest differentiator is its position within established Fuengirola rather than a conventional list of communal amenities.
