Luminal Homes is being developed in Los Pacos, one of Fuengirola’s established residential neighbourhoods. The official project website highlights direct access to the A-7 and AP-7, public transport, and nearby schools, parks, shops and everyday services. Rosso’s sales material also gives around five minutes by car to the beach. The surrounding area is therefore more residential and practical than purely holiday-oriented, even though the development itself is presented around a “resort-style living” concept.

The scheme comprises 218 homes across seven buildings arranged in an open C-shape. A more meaningful differentiator is the flexibility built into some layouts: an optional sliding partition can connect a bedroom with the living area, allowing the space to work as an office, guest room or enlarged lounge. Many homes can also include a private pool on the terrace.
