About the development

Mala Kai Resort is located in Estepona close to the coast, with easy access to the A-7 and AP-7. Urbincasa’s current project website gives around five minutes to the beach, one minute to shops and services, five minutes to golf and leisure facilities, and approximately 15 minutes to Marbella and Puerto Banús. This gives the development a holiday-oriented setting without requiring a drive into central Estepona for every need.

The developer is Urbincasa. Sales at Mala Kai began in 2023, while the company was also developing Arrecife further west in Casares. Mala Kai comprises 70 homes across seven blocks, and the developer now shows only isolated availability in several phases.

The main distinction is the combination of proximity to the sea, panoramic views and a relatively small number of homes per block. It is well suited to a second home or longer stays, particularly for buyers comfortable using a car. Construction started in autumn 2023 and Urbincasa still gives 2026 as the delivery year.
