Los Olivos Residencial is being developed in the expanding Ensanche area of Vélez-Málaga, close to María Zambrano Park. The official project website lists schools, a health centre, supermarkets and the bus station nearby, while the developer-supplied distance information places the coast at roughly a ten-minute drive and Málaga Airport at around 30 minutes. This is therefore more of an everyday Vélez-Málaga location than a conventional holiday apartment on the promenade.

The scheme comprises 92 homes across seven buildings and is being delivered in phases. Phase one is sold, phase two is under construction and phase three remains on sale. That structure matters in practice: buyers need to confirm which phase their chosen home belongs to, because construction status and delivery timing should not be treated as identical across the whole development.

With schools, services and public transport nearby, the project is well suited to permanent living as well as buyers looking for a second home away from the busiest beachfront areas.
