The developer is Activitas Inversión Inmobiliaria and construction was carried out by Añil. Solaris stands out for combining a position between the coast and Mijas’s golf hinterland with a relatively large plot and limited number of homes. It was conceived as a conventional residential community rather than a holiday resort product.

It is a practical option for permanent living or as a second home for buyers who use a car and want quick access to the coast. The most important update is the project status: contractor Añil announced on 23 June 2026 that Residencial Solaris had been completed. For a buyer, this means the construction wait has ended; the remaining question is current unit availability rather than a future completion date.
