Maresia Villas is a townhouse development in Torreblanca, on the eastern side of Fuengirola. Rosso’s official sales channel places the project a few minutes from Carvajal beach and the seafront promenade. This format provides more private space than a conventional apartment development while retaining relatively quick access to the coast and Fuengirola’s everyday services.

The scheme consists of 19 townhouses. Sales are handled by Rosso Inmobiliaria, but the public material does not clearly identify a separate formal promoter, so no development track record has been attributed without primary evidence.
