Isidora Living is in central Estepona, on Calle Carlos Cano. It is one of the few developments in this batch where everyday life can genuinely be organised around walking: Exxacon’s June 2026 announcement gives approximately 15 minutes on foot to La Rada beach, while the project sits within the urban fabric with shops, services and the historic centre accessible nearby.

The developer is Andalusian company Exxacon Smart Living. The firm is developing several projects across Málaga province, while Isidora Living itself is now a completed Estepona reference. Its meaningful distinction is not simply the pool or coworking area but the combination of new-build housing with a central location, creating a different day-to-day experience from Costa del Sol schemes where a car is required for almost everything.

The project’s status has changed significantly. On 1 June 2026 Exxacon announced the start of handovers for all 102 homes and described the development as fully sold. Its current sales page still shows limited availability and 98% sold, so the commercial information is not fully synchronised.
